We had a family room that was spacious and very comfortable and had two bathrooms which with two teenagers was a bonus.
Breakfast was very good.

Beautiful hotel, great sized family room with a large balcony. Breakfast was superb, staff super friendly. The access to and proximity of the pool and spa made a good stay a fabulous one. Kids especially loved the Fun Tower and high diving boards. I loved leaving them and hiding in the adult only spa 😊 Five minutes walk to the gondola at St Moritz Dorf and an easy bus ride to the main square and funicular.

Hotel was next to Lake, however bus could take you to center in few min. Hotel kindly gave us guest tickets covering not only buses but also funicular up to Pic Noir !!!! And we used it !!
Breakfast was great too, rooms were clean. I booked 2 rooms for family of 5. Smaller room was good for nights.

I stayed here with my family. The room size and facilities were adequate and very comfortable. The tea and coffee service was a nice touch! The hill was a bit of a challenge with my little kids and an elderly mother, but we were able to get directions to avoid it, which was very helpful. I would definitely visit again when my children are older. Thank you very much!

Facilities and the view are exactly as shown/described! Very modern appliances with the lovely traditional style wooden interior designs. Also, the sofa bed was incredibly comfortable, the children will appreciate it in comparison to most extra beds they sleep on during travelling^^ And the lift is very helpful for big luagges!

Our third stay at Reine Victoria - I love it even more now, after its renovation. Perfect hotel for a family with young children. Huge family rooms, lovely Kids Club, free access to Ovavera Spa next door, amazing canteen at the Spa with very reasonable prices for Switzerland, great food delivery from a number of different restaurants, great breakfast.
