The apartment is located in the city center, clean and comfortable, close to the subway station, and a baby crib is provided as needed. The landlord is very friendly. We fell in love with Shanghai.

We liked the little botanical garden and the great view out of the window to the river. Also all the big teddy things in the family area was a nice surprise for our kid

Good location very close to Disneyland with free hotel shuttle. If you miss the free shuttle taxi costs about 20RMB. Room is spacious and clean. Kids love the buffet breakfast with Western and Chinese food. There were cotton candy cart, fun activities and playroom in the hotel for children which was great!

It's perfect for families to stay together, and there's even a baby crib. I stayed here for two nights, and it was quite convenient to go to Disney in the morning. The Bund is right outside the door, making it a great place to explore, and the subway station is not far away. There's an abundance of delicious food around People's Square. I took my kid to visit The Bund and the Natural History Museum, and the subway was very convenient.

Great hotel for families. We used the complimentary shuttle to disney and airport. We also did our laundry in the laundry room, which comes with soap and dryer. (Tip: do this during mid-day when ur child gets a nap, cus both machines will get occupied in the evenings). Gym is located next to laundry room and kids playground, which I thought was a thoughtful design. There’s also a kids activity just outside breakfast, which my child really enjoyed — all thanks to the kind and gentle lady who was so patient with the kids.

- Great family room, large and comfortable for a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby)
- Brilliant staff that go above and beyond to help, even letting us check in at 10am
- Super location, just a short walk to most sites or an easy place to hop on the metro

Really beautifully decorated and family friendly. Kids absolutely loved it. Staff friendly and helpful. About 25 min drive from the airport so good stopover option. Good value for money. Some great restaurants nearby for delicious Chinese food.
