Excellent customer service and communication from the ( host) owner and his father. The house is very cozy, modern, and secure I went with my mom and uncle , who are seniors and my kids 9 and 10, we we're all able to relax and enjoy ourselves very much. I'm very happy with our stay at Fortu house, im definitely recommending it to my friend in Canada and Costa Rica. And coming back soon.

Great location - right on the beach and an easy walk to restaurants, etc. Our room was comfortable and clean, and had a balcony with view of ocean. Great restaurant - Roberto's - on the premises. Food and menu selections were very good for both breakfast and dinner. One of my favorite parts of this hotel was all the varied spaces where one could sit outdoors: at the restaurant right on the beach (or up under cover out of the sun); on the upper level where there was a small pool and a great view of the sunset over the water; and at least one area on each floor with a couple of chairs/ loveseat/ coffee table. Highly recommend!

First of all, the location is simply PERFECT! Direct access from the hotel to the middle of the most beautiful beach of playa Hermosa. You can eat breakfast or dinner while staring at the sea waves and coconuts trees... a dream... The hotel itself is very nicely decorated. Not very fancy, but homy and inviting, with seating sofas, hamocks etc. Our room was of good size, clean and with good facilities. And also the staff nice and helpful.
