The landlady was - despite some communication problems - always helpful. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. The house and property is located in a quiet suburb of Czech Budejovic (about 7 km from the center) and is secured with a large courtyard gate. This apartment is very well located, just a short wander down the river to the old town. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We found it clean and spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It's a lovely place to stay.

Quiet location in the centre of the delightful little town of Trebon. Generously appointed and very spacious self catering apartments in a historic building, with wooden balconies facing onto a flowery courtyard with loungers and a large table with candles for evenings al fresco. A door from the courtyard opens onto a pretty riverside walk leading to a nearby spa as well as a wide choice of local cafes and restaurants. We were a group of 5 friends and the accommodation suited us perfectly. We would definitely come again.
