Our family of four enjoyed our one night's stay at the hotel, in the shadow of the castle. The room had everything we needed, the central location was fantastic and the front desk staff really helpful. Our kids liked the Haribo on the pillows and the fact we could get Netflix on the TV! We were glad not to be staying in one of the rooms that open out onto the breakfast area, as I imagine that gets noisy in the mornings.

The location is perfect - away from the town, but with the funicular giving access straight into town which saved having to drive down and park. The hotel is fabulous with clean, large, well equipped rooms. There is a room described as 'sauna' which also has 2 sunbeds outside - lovely for relaxing.

We had a family apartment and it gave us the space and options to survive more than a week with a toddler in a larger room. It was clean and comfortable.

The room was spacious and clean. All the beds were great and the babybed was set up and ready to use. Close to the historical centre and very family friendly (special breakfast plates and cutlery are provided, high chairs etc).

Good location near the station, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Friendly atmosphere in the common spaces and very helpful staff.
The room for four is not huge but our kids really appreciated having bunk beds rather than having to share a sofa bed like many family hotel rooms.
The hotel is very welcoming for families with a kids corner and games to borrow. The common space on the ground floor has tables you can sit at to relax/have a drink/play cards in the evening.

This place is great. We had a very comfortable stay. Great location, a very short walk to the river, old town and various shops. Was easy with our kids (baby & toddler).
Was also great to have a washing machine & dryer in the building.
