The atmosphere was great. Is a good place to meet new people and has a good location, close to bus and metro. The room was good as well, very confortable and I really liked the concept. Im looking forward to book at city hub in Amsterdam and Iceland.

Prior to our arrival we had contact with the hotel with a room request and asking advice on the best way to arrive from the airport. We were given prompt, polite and excellent advice: Metro, not train! From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and gave great advice on things to do in Copenhagen. The hotel is on the beautiful Nyhaven Canal, and already at the beginning of November the Christmas market along the Canal and in the main square were up and running. Our room faced the courtyard and was very quiet. We had a very spacious room, spacious bathroom, very comfortable bed, and excellent breakfast.

Great location and everything is brand new. Services apartments with great facilities and the cleaning staff we met were very friendly. Clothes washing, drying and luggage storage facilities are also excellent. Within walking distance of open air market, canals, parks and main pedestrian area in the city. Highly recommended.
