Braulio was waiting for us at the entrance to give us the keys while Dulce(the owner) was in contact with us constanly on whatsapp. This was such a great help. We stayed there because a family emergency at the hospital nearby and I have to say this place was a haven for us, like going back home and forget about the problem. Dulce is an excellent host, she was in constant contact with us and even extended our stay according to our needs.

Good quality hotel in Santiago historical centre. Clean, well functioning. Restaurant has an amazing view!
While rooms are very different- some of them very spacious with a view to the monument. Others tiny with a view to the wall.
Welcome drink was especially pleasant.
Breakfast was very good.

Great place to stay , very affordable, they offer food and drinks right there no need to leave ! They have A/C in the rooms , rooms are beautiful and big inside ! Overall a great place and will definitely stay again !

Nice and comfortable apartment , not a far drive away from the monument and restaurants. Its a very good option for groups and family. the staff is very friendly and attentive. the host Ms.Carolina and Mr.Juan Carlos was a great help during my stay concerning any inquiries or assistance during my stay.
