Everything. The room had everything I needed. A fridge, coffee machine, they even provided a kettle at my request. Kitchen also had a microwave and stove top, I didn’t cook but could have if I wanted to. There was even a steamer in the wardrobe to give my clothes a once over after they’d been in my case. The location is PERFECT. Walking distance to everything. Guggenheim, shops, there’s bars and restaurants nearby, pastelerias. The old town is not far and I even went to an event at Bilbao arena and walked there though the area I cut through didn’t feel that safe to come home through so I took the bus right back to behind the hotel. Really had a great stay here and would recommend anybody wanting to be in the centre to consider a stay here, especially for the price.

The quality-price ratio was the best we had in many years. It is also exceptionally quiet, and the breakfast is superb. My son (11) was given extra treats without us asking for it.

Very spacious room and very good view from the room. There is a water bar on each floor. The staff at the reception desk doesn't mention it. I just found it the next day. It's a little bit away from the city center. But the bus in front of the hotel makes it easy to get to the city center. It's in a very friendly neighborhood, with 5-10 minutes walk, there are lots of cafe, restaurants and bars.

Designed by Javier Mariscal, this stylish hotel is located opposite Bilbao's Guggenheim Museum. It features a roof terrace with spectacular views.
