Family hotels and homes in Sélestat

It is a great place to stay for a few days. We recommend staying here if you are either only 2 people (and don’t need the sofa bed) or if you are visiting in good weather and can use the backyard as an additional space to hang around, otherwise the place is simply too small and the sofa bed too loud. + Excellent location, everything within walking distance + Backyard great to relax and for kids to play (in good weather) + Modern apartment, everything looks new + Good communication with the host

The location is quiet, with a living room (with a big dinner table und a special chair for baby), 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. Everything was good and clean, upon request a host left us a baby cot. A lot of books and games for kids! The only thing is, we received information about the arrival and of the key not the day before, but on the night of arrival (too late). So we had to call the host to find the building and to get information about the key.

Everything was great! It was enough place for a family of 4. Apartment was clean, backyard was lovley. Everything was as described. Nice little town with great wine, cheese and pasteries.

Everything! The historical building, the apartment, overlooking the old town, walking proximity to everything we needed - it was fabulous. The hosts have done such a beautiful job of renovating the old house and the interior design is a lot of fun. We loved it!

The restaurant has good food and the location is very rural, but not really near anything fun.

Pretty nice and clean apartment in a quiet area - perfect for our 5-nights-family trip. Comfy beds, clean and nice bathroom, well equipped kitchen and cleaning equipment. Free parking was always available in front of the apartment on public street. Patisseries are in walking distance to get some fresh croissants in the morning and big supermarkets are a 3min drive away only. Selestat is a good base for visiting Straßburg and Colmar and it is totally worth walking through the old town of Selestat as well. Would clearly book again.

Greeted by a very friendly Receptionist who spoke in addition to French, also German and English. The hotel is new so the room is clean and comfortable. We had a large family room which suited us perfectly. The hotel is located next to a McDonalds and a KFC (also newly built) and just a 5 min walk from a Buffalo Grill Restaurant so plenty of restaurant options if you arrive late to the hotel.

Lovely place to stay. Excellent hosts made sure we had everything we needed. Plenty of space for a family of 6. Excellent facilities. For us the location was good, and it had some essential stores close by.

All as described. Very nice stopover.
