Very clean and well equipped for our overnight stay even had tea coffee sugar , milk and a bottle of water lovely touch! We were able to park our motorbike right outside the property. Very private small house not overlooked by anything or anyone. A lot of love and pride has gone into the house. Although we never met the owners instructions were clear and they were easy reachable

Clive is an exceptional host, very kind and helpful. His place is lovely, we had a very pleasant experience. The bed is very comfortable, sheets are very clean and the room smelled of fresh flowers. The breakfast was great and we had the opportunity to try his great blueberry muffins and chat a bit with him, who's also very polite, kind and interesting. I strongly recommend his place. Breakfast was EXCELLENT! The bacon, sausages and eggs were fresh and local produce. The location is a small and very picturesque village and our beautifully decorated bedroom had a view of the downs and the White Horse. We are gluten and dairy free and this did not impede our choice of food at all. Little touches like gluten-free biscuits in the bedroom were especially appreciated! The landlady was very caring, capable and charming as was the waitress.
