Great value for money. The hotel offers bright, clean rooms with very good facilities at this pricepoint. The owners are extremely friendly and very concerned about their guest's comfort. I enjoyed the option to use the kitchen and coffee and tea facilities. In the evening I could cozy up in the shared livingroom with fireplace.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy guesthouse in Bakuriani! The place is spotless, with perfectly clean rooms and comfortable accommodations. The owners are incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights is the common area, where guests can gather and have fun playing billiards, table football, and ping pong. It’s a great spot to relax after a day on the slopes. There’s also a dedicated space to store ski and snowboard equipment, which is very convenient. Overall, it’s a perfect place for a ski trip or a relaxing getaway in Bakuriani. Highly recommended!

The apartment has a fantastic location, close to the slopes. The lobby and terrace are so stunning and inviting that I never wanted to leave. Highly recommend everyone to try Khinkali there—it’s hands down the most delicious in Bakuriani. The apartment itself is new, beautifully designed and incredibly cozy. The host is warm and welcoming. I can’t wait to return!
