The apartment is beautifully decorated and everything in it is top quality. The beds are super comfortable and the pillows are excellent as well. The owners have taken extra care in making this property a home away from home. WiFi is excellent and all the furnishings are good quality. The balcony is huge and wraps around the property. The AC works great and the overall decoration is very modern. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

This is just a perfect apartment, spacious, clean, comfortable with large bathroom. Kitchen is new and stocked well with appliances. It has a moveable mosquito net on the balcony door, so you can keep the balcony door open without worrying the bugs will come in. The apartment was always cool, and only once we had to turn on the AC. We loved the location, it is close to everything but still a bit separated from the crowds and the noise. It is located near a small town square with few quiet coffee places and bakeries which usually locals visit.

The view from the rooms is so good that by itself the hotel is worth it. It's just such an unassumingly stunning view. Fully facing the sea, you can see Turkey, you can see the boats come and go...it's perfect. Not sure if all rooms have a view like the one I had, but if so, it's a 10/10 view. Add to it a very kind staff - especially the night manager, who helped me when the room next door sounded absolutely haunted. He entertained my weird story about hearing strangled elephant noises from the other room, even came upstairs with me and explained that it might just be a Greek elderly because his uncle sounded the same. He tried to find me a different room since they had some space, helped me move, and reshuffled a couple of bookings so I wouldn't have to move again. I'm sure it wasn't a great deal of work (super low season, many free rooms), but these little things really set a "normal" hotel stay from a great one. The breakfast selection was also very good, the facilities are fine, clean, and comfortable. No complaints and would recommend.

This is an excellent guest house located in the historical centre of the wonderful Kos in a calm and quite place. It is close to the harbour, all the good restaurants and the bus station, it will take you just few minutes to walk to the architectural sites of the city. Pauline, her husband and her sister are amazing hosts, they are very helpful, friendly and caring. We were happy to get to know this wonderful family. The room was very clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable and we had all we needed for our 3 days stay. Even if you lack something Pauline and her family will sure help you out. Classic building beautifully renovated direct on the sea front and easy walking distance to all the sights. Staff are exceptional and really work hard to make everyone’s stay to be the very best they can. The restaurant is also well worth a visit even for non-residents. Great takes on traditional Greek dishes as well as more modern recipes. Breakfast on the terrace one of the best ever if you don’t mind ordering from a menu.
