The stay was idyllic and the host was an absolute delight. Knowledgeable, considerate, and extremely helpful, she made my stay an absolute delight. She coordinated my dinner plans, gave incredible directions (the only place where I was able to walk through the towns and felt oriented rather than popping from spot to spot staring at my GPS) and she was proactive with helping to to plan around the holiday arrangements to make sure everything went smoothly. Perfect location with a view overlooking the city, beautiful easy and safe walk into town on a pedestrian-only path, and gorgeous impeccably clean room. Truly a delight to stay.

From the moment I got here this place exceeded my expectations. It was lovely and I was met by a wonderful staff member upon my arrival. I then was showed two separate rooms to choose from, both of which had my name in chalk on them which was so kind and very personal and sweet touch. The rooms are all individual and so cute, Some have sinks in them and others have a little movie projector set up that you can stream from your phone. I also had a meeting I had to have there and the internet was so good. The kitchen is wonderful and a great place to store food and they will even cook you a pizza and bring it to your room with a friendly little puppy as well. I cannot say enough great things about this place, every detail was thought out and has a air of humor to it. The bathroom has a game of thrones theme and you sit on the chair of the iron throne and there is even a little book in there called "games on thrones". Its hilarious snd wonderful. Did I mention there are hot tubs and a sauna. What an amazing stay and place.

Wonderful stay at a lovely hotel situated right in Westport town. The room was so comfy and we slept really well. The breakfast is fantastic, not a buffet but freshly prepared for your order. The staff are all warm and friendly, we would definitely stay here again.

The family owned 4-star Castlecourt Hotel is located in the heart of Westport. It offers live music and dancing every night, a 20-metre indoor pool, gym and spa and beautifully decorated rooms.

The hotel 's location is perfect for Westport and also conveniently located for any place you want to explore in beautiful county Mayo. The staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful. We had a lovely room with a fourposter bed, the room was pristine. Breakfast was cooked on demand and the food was really of good quality. We did not use the restaurant so we cannot comment on the lunch/ dinner but if it is anything like the breakfast- it will be amazing. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. PS. The mattress is the best one I have EVER experienced in a hotel. So comfortable, I even asked for the brand so that I can buy one for my home.
