The location is perfect.. though it is in the heart of the city, it's off the road so there's no noise of traffic. The place is exactly what is shown in the pictures. Clean rooms and well equipped kitchen. Very nice for a family stay.
The caretaker, Mr Varekar is very accomodating and available on call at any time.
Will definitely visit again.

We booked 3 rooms for 6 adults and 1 child. In two of the rooms, there was no running hot water. In one room there was neither the running hot water, nor working flush or hand jet. The stay was not comfortable.

Host Amey is one of the best host I have come across in my recent times, he is extremely down to earth and very helpful with everything.
The property is perfect stay for a family who is looking for comfortable and private space, it’s a 2 BHK bungalow with all basic and modern amenities, which literally gives you a luxury stay at an very affordable price.

Neat and clean rooms, bathroom. ( as seen in the photos)
Care taker Mr. Siddhesh is attentive. Hot water supply through both geyser as well as solar. Definitely family friendly. Parking available on request.

Awesome stay. Walking distance from mahalaxmi temple. Homelike feeling. Food was excellent. Aunty was very cooperative, they even helped us packing food for further travelling. Recommend for family with kids.
