We stayed a couple of nights at this beautiful hotel. First of all, the place immediately felt very clean and welcoming. A wonderful fragrance fills the entire lobby. The ladies at the reception gave us a warm welcome. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant area is our favorite. The food is excellent and of the highest quality, and the dining staff is very helpful, polite, and attentive to every need. A special mention goes to the restaurant manager, Suresh, who was always attentive and patient, and to his assistant, Muthuraj, who was very kind and sweet. We highly recommend this enchanting place surrounded by nature.

Ben was so helpful and charming. The breakfast was delicious with the best appam I’ve tasted so far. It was easy to get to and from Kumily and Thekkady in a rickshaw. Excellent value for money

I really enjoyed my stay in this nice homestay. It is quietly located, overlooking a coffee plantation from my balcony, but everything within easy walking distance. The apartment was very clean, cozy and spacious and my host a very lovely and friendly woman. Right next door her nice sister runs a restaurant where you can eat very well. I just can recommend this wonderful place.

During a 4-week trip to India, Sopanam Heritage was my favorite place that we stayed. The hosts were extremely kind and attentive, great communicators, and helpful in so many ways. They were available to assist with transport, arrange activities, and help with logistical support for traveling. The food was delicious, and the family so kind. Our room was spacious and nice, the balcony facing the spice plantation and fruit trees was lovely. The tour through the spice garden was more informative and the plants in better shape than in spice plantations we toured otherwise. The breakfast was delicious, but for one dinner we were lucky enoguh to have the best veg biryani we've had in our entire lives.

Views, views and views. Exceptional views all around. the hotel is literally on the top of the hill so it was our first experience. The hotel is more for couples than family with kids. Great breakfast spread, with good lunch and dinner options. If you are going with a driver, they have a place to stay(dormitory) with stay and food free for them.

Just an amazing homestay. We only stayed for 2 nights but should've been more as our 1 breakfast that we enjoyed was so we'll taken care of! We didn't get to enjoy dinner with them (met other people who we went for dinner) but from other guests it was as delicious and all homemade! They are a super friendly family as well.
