A lovely cozy little cabin in a forest, a real vibe. Clean. There is a kitchenette with everything you need to make dinner and breakfast, and we enjoyed making dinner at the barbeque out in the common area (shared with two other cabins). A nice dip in the hot tub in the forest. Recommend for a little getaway out in nature.

A lovely location outside Akureyri (12 minutes or so) set on the side of the fjord with great views of the surrounding mountains and good for northern lights if they are kind enough to show. Our bedrooms were in a separate building to the main building, were clean and comfortable with comfy beds and good showers. Breakfast was plentiful and with a good variety of things to choose from. There is a nice lounge area and a great walk down to the water’s edge. The staff couldn’t have been kinder, helping us out when one of our group was not well.

Everything! The place was perfect - well stocked with all you can think about, and more! It was such a pity we were only there for one night. The host received us personally and walked us through every nook and cranny of the house and how we could get the hot tub running. Best stay of our entire trip in Iceland!
