Stayed in a B&B room just opposite, but still part of the main hotel. Our room was in an old building in the delightful spa settlement of Bagno Vignoni, and the spacious bedroom was attractively furnished, the bed really comfortable and the bed linen of great quality.

Our stay was exceptional. To tick this one off, San Quirico is a great town, charming, mostly flat (compared to most other towns in the region). We stayed in this apartment with a 2.5 yo. A crib was available, with all the bed linen required. The apartment was clean, functional, had everything we needed (and more), very nice heating system (went in March). Really, the photos don't do it justice. On top of that great start, it is the attention to detail that made it amazing: great toilet paper, great kitchen paper towels, different trash cans to separate the recycling, enough essentials supplies so you don't have to buy more (and keep the rest for yourself or leave it), a nice booklet with plenty of recommendations, super soft bed sheets... Just SO well thought. Finally, the hosts were very helpful, extremely responsive, and the kindest. All that together made this stay one of the very best we've had with rental apartments.

Beautiful resort that caters to more Italian couples (and a few families) than tourists. People come here for a wellness break. Need to reserve with spa access, which allows you to use most facilities, including gym and fitness classes, thermal pools, and multiple saunas around the property. The on-site restaurant is good. Breakfast was included in our stay. Dinner was good but a little pricey. There is a cute small town with 4-5 restaurants a 7 min walk away on a landscaped pathway. Rooms are roomy, updated, clean.

Family run. Excellent service. Super little restaurant overlooking Tuscan beauty, although small menu, sufficient for us each evening. They even took us back and forth to Quirico during the evening. Enjoyed learning about how the family have established their Agriturismo and are producing their own wine and olive oil. Our apartment was large and well equipped, with terrace and expansive space for relaxing.

Excellent location right on the historic thermal bath at the center of town. The rooms are a good size. You can pay to use the amazing spa next door at Albrego Terme (adults 35 euros and kids 25 euros). Breakfast was served in the restaurant downstairs with fresh cornettos, yogurt, cold meats, bread, espressos, teas, or hot chocolate.

The road there as well as the location itself is just wonderful. It felt just like a movie scene. The Farmhouse is well kept and the view is stunning. It was a great choice for my family. Very close to San Quirico d'Orcia and all the wonderful places in Val D'orcia. Nice welcome gift from our hosts. Big rooms.
