This property was really easy to get to from the airport and easy to get into Rome from. Just 7 minutes from the airport. It was spacious ,comfortable and clean . The beds and even the sofa bed were really comfortable. Lots of towels and toiletries. There was a coffee machine and lots of coffee pods, herbal teas and snacks for us.Just fabulous. But the best thing of all was the host Rossy and her son Simone. Rossy was absolutely exceptional. From the communication before we arrived, to the information and help she gave us when we arrived. She was exceptionally helpful and lovely. We had a problem with our rental car and she got her son to take us back into the airport the next day to sort it out. When we texted her with a question she replied promptly. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She really cares about her guests and we felt valued and looked after. I cannot speak highly enough of her. We will never forget her kindness.

This is.the first time I go to Italy. The position of the hotel is near to the FCO airport for about 15mins by taxi. It is very convinient because there exist supermarkets and restaurants surrounding the house. The room is clean, and there is yoghurt and juice in the refrigerator. The landlord is enthusiastic. The next morning, he made delicious bread and cappuccino. And last, he connected a taxi to the airport for me. These make me feel a different kind of warmth in a foreign country. If I have a chance to go to Rome next time, I will choose to live here again.

Host was staying in touch before and after trough whats up, which made it easy to contact him and gave us trust. Our flight got delayed and we arrived very late at night, had no taxi available, he tried to get one for us and waited for us at the property patiently and politely. Apartment have all facilities, was exceptionally clean and fresh, new furniture and kitchen equipment. All we needed for cooking was there and shop just 5min walk, easy access. Sea just 8min walk, beautiful, a lot of restaurants around, electric scooters available, road for it just perfect condition. Easy access to main bus stop.

Amazing historical location, so many restaurants to choose from. Amazing little shops. If you like sunset, a 5 minute walk to the coast. Beaches are close by. Your place is well equipped, kitchenette, all modern colors, very nice bathroom/shower. Very modern. Maybe a 10-minute ride to the airport, and if you contact your host, you can arrange for a lift to and from the airport for a fee € (4 people with carry-on). Depending upon her schedule. This is the best place I've stayed at in Italy. The host and their family were very friendly, and the surrounding area was so peaceful. The room was big, super clean, and really comfortable. The bathroom was perfect too. Besides the room, there was also a shared living room and kitchen, which was great. Overall, it was even better than I expected. The breakfast was all homemade by the host and had a lot of variety. You can tell they really care about running this place well. I highly recommend it to everyone, and I will definitely come back next time I’m in town!
