It's a very good hotel if you were in Macau with children in your family, especially if you wanted to stay away from the casinos. The two bedroom suite was an excellent choice for our family of four. The facade of the main building looked outdated, but the interior of the hotel and the rooms must have been recently renovated. So it deserved it's five star status.

Check-in was super easy.
Luggage/concierge was very helpful & timely delivery of our luggage.
Rooms were extra spacious. Awesome!!
Pools were very kid friendly.

Has improved a lot in the last few visits. Little touches that had made it more fun for the kids and adults! Pool menu is good, rooms are comfortable, staff super friendly.

Excellent rooms, very comfortable beds after a long day of walking. Hospitable staff at front desk and the cafe. The cafe food quality was excellent. As a family hotel it’s great with a good pool and jacuzzi.

Spacious room for a family of 4 and very clean. The kids had great bubble bath fun as the bathtub is bigger than normal ones. It's also great to have complimentary welcome fruits and min bar.
