What I truly appreciated about my stay was the hotel's fresh, clean feel – it made for a very comfortable environment. The pool, especially at night, was a highlight, offering a relaxing escape. My top-floor room with the large balcony was a real plus, giving me a private outdoor space. The in-room amenities were just right, and the staff's hospitality was excellent. Finally, the location was perfect for exploring Pokhara, making everything conveniently accessible.

Amazing and friendly staff, big and lovely room, great location. After traveling for a while I was looking forward to a pool day which unfortunately wasn’t possible as there was an issue with the filter in the pool which would have been nice to learn in advance. Also had an issue with power cuts for the steam in the spa but ended up chatting to and getting to know the lovely staff for a long time instead which was super nice. A bit on the pricey side, but definitely recommended if within your budget and a nice relaxing stay :-)

The location of the hotel is close to the lakeside where all the things happen. The staff were extremely kind and catered to all our requests with care. The rooms were well maintained and clean with all the facilities. Our room oversaw the mountains and the lake, which was amazing. The breakfast provided is really good and they have a coffee shop as well.

A 5 star experience in Pokhara, where the staff go above and beyond to make you feel pampered. From the welcome drink + refreshing towel to the personal greeting from the manager to the free shuttle service to Lakeside or the airport, the hotel provides a long list of personal touches that really make it stand out. The team of Sarangkot Mountain Lodge was really friendly and responded fast to my questions for example regarding spa bookings. They welcomed us with a small show of Nepalese music, we even got two Nepalese scarfs and really nice tea. The dinner was good and staff was friendly. In the afternoon we had now view of the mountains but the sunrise in the morning from the room as well as the terrace was purely magical.

The best view of the Annapurna range of HIMARAYA is from the terrace here. The owner of this resort is a two-time Everest climber, the highest peak in the world. The owners family is very kind. I will choose this place again next time.

Definitely this was our bests stay in Nepal while we were there ! We are a Portuguese couple traveling by motorcycle and by that time visit Nepal/Pokhara. To be honest we loved our stay in this hotel ! Staff is super kind and friendly. They helped us with everything we needed since the beginning! Great private parking so we could park took our motorcycle there with no issues and it was very safe. Reception staff is very kind. Our special attention and appreciation go to Sanggeta that was very kind with us and helped us with everything. Rooms are very clean, spacious, comfortable and great environment full of light! Immaculate to tell the truth! One of the cleanest toilets we have ever seen ! Amazing hot shower 24h Fresh towels and sheets 👌🏻 Room is spacious and very comfortable with good temperature, nevertheless you always have AC. We slept very well because the bed is too confy ! They provide laundry service and the service which is quite good. Breakfast is delicious !! Could not ask for a better breakfast to be honest ! Everything is fresh and homemade. The lobby area is very nice ! Very nice decoration and environment. We stayed in this hotel for 11 nights and we did not want to leave.
