Location was perfect to get to where we needed to go, we took the kids to Lido Pools which is only down the road. Also if u love walking checkout Te Ara Kotahi theirs so many different tracks to choose from and at night time the bridge and some pathways are all lit up. Town Center is a 5min drive we visited Te Manawa museum they had alot of activities for the kids to do.

We really enjoyed staying at Aztec Motel. Damon is super friendly and knowledgable about Palmy. The motel's location is quite central in that it's a quick drive into the centre of town. There's a great fish n chips place just up from the motel too. No problems with parking and there's a coin laundry room if you need it. The room was super clean and it was spacious with everything that you need. The pool / outdoor Picnic area is neat, but we couldn't make use of it because it was raining during our whole stay.

We are the closest Motel to Massey University & the Manawatu River Walkway. Situated directly across the road from the Victoria Esplanade Playground, we area popular choice for many families.
