Loved the location, room was very clean and spacious. We had two kids and it's was kid friendly deck n space.

Beautiful and scenic location. The chalets are spacious and comfortable. my whole family were able to have a chalet each then go between and visit each other. Breakfast was yum too! Memorable stay and would stay again.

We stayed in a brand new villa. It's was well designed and decorated with plenty of room for the whole family. Very comfortable and lovely views.

location was magnificent, staff were friendly and helpful, villa was well designed and equipped with an incredible view. kids loved being shuttled around in golf buggy.

We got married at Castaways back in 2016 but now live in Perth. We wanted to come back again whilst we were in the country visiting family. It's an amazing place and very special to us.

We were double charged before we even got there. Emails to manager did nothing. Room was dirty. Burd poo on window. Dead insects in room. Only enough towels for 1 nite but we stayed 2. 5 days since requesting my overpayment of 487 and still no refund. This was a test run and look around for a wedding venue. We will not be booking castaways as a venue after this experience
