A little oasis of calm in quite a busy area. We had a room with a well equipped kitchen and terrace with hamac and seating area which led onto the swimming pool and terrace which were fantastic with lots of top quality furnishings. It was a great place to relax and we spent most of our week out there! There was something for everyone at breakfast and the staff were really accomodating and friendly. There are three local bars next to the hotel. Burger King and McDonalds are a 10 min walk away and there are three supermarkets and the train station within a 20 minute walk. Vila Real with a ferry across to Ayamonte in Spain is a 45 min walk along the main road or 6€ by taxi and a great day out. We will definitely be back.

Central location. Could walk everywhere. Had parking space for us. Host was exceptionally helpful and understanding. Email response was instant. Keyholder was very kind and showed us everything.
