Excellent, professional and very nice staff in the restaurant, hotel spa and Kids club. Delicious food for breakfast and dinners, excellent variety of wines, great brand new wellness (if you go for a massage, ask for masseur Jožko). Rooms are very nicely arranged and surprisingly spacious, given the historical premises of the Hotel.

The crew (i understood it's a family) is amazing! They've been helping us in every way and make sure we have everything we need.
The room was comfortable with a great view to the mountain. Everything was clean.
The location was good and close to attractions in the area.
The breakfast menu was with multiple options and the food was great!
We stayed with 3 little children and we had everything we needed.

Very nice big appartments, good for family with kids. We were staying with our friends sam 4 people family in the separate hall with only 2 our apparents, that was a super, we can enjoy the stay

Nice, new apartment, perfect for 2, but ok with kids as well. Host is helpful and flexible. Restaurants and a shop are within walking distance. Perfect location for Hrebienok funicular and sledging!

Very friendly hosts, clean and comfortable apartman for a family with 2 children. The funicular to Hrebienok is only a few steps away.

Location was super, a grocery, a good coffee shop, a good restaurant and even a "play house for kids" were in the building. The property was big enough for two adults and two children.

The accommodation is in a fantastic location. Spacious, bright. We were with small children and it was comfortable.
Very close (~120m) to the end of the toboggan run and the cable car.
The apartment also has parking place in the underground garage.

Top advantage was parking place under the resort! That was amazing as Stary Smokovec is almost overload with cars. The apartment was really cozy, sufficient for family of three. The room was quiet and clean. What I have to highlight is the restaurant within the resort with playing corner for kids!!! The host was responsive, welcoming and willing to solve any situation in any time. Thank you.
