Very welcoming environment especially for families with children, the rooms were spacious and very clean including the toilet with fresh beddings and towels everyday. This was a wonderful stay. The staff are all so welcoming and the level of customer service is what I would expect at a much more expensive hotel. I worked in the hotel industry for many years and I was genuinely very impressed with the thought, care and kindness that the staff show to all guests. Thank you so much ka. Location was good for me as I don't care about being close to the malls. I liked the local area very much and there were some good restaurants and a 24 hour laundromat close. It was a $2 cab ride to the main city centre. Rooms were very comfortable and the bed was great.
