Room was clean and big enough to stay for somedays. Breakfast was superb. Staff is cooperative and they know English very well. On top of that they had English buffet style breakfast. They also had coffee machine which is available 24 hours.

By far the nicest accommodation we stayed in during our trip to Taiwan. The historical house in a beautiful part of Daxi has been lovingly and thoughtfully modernised by the hosts. Wonderfully comfortable in every way. The lovely lady who hosts the home stay is extremely kind and generous. She made sure we had everything we needed and is full of great tips and information about Daxi. Daxi itself is definitely worth a visit - it’s an architecturally beautiful and fascinating place to wander.

We really enjoyed the view, the soft bed and the shower room. I enjoyed the eco-friendly policy, even though we only stayed one night. We were happy that the shampoo/conditioner and body soap were in large reusable bottles. The tea and coffee service was also well appreciated. Also the breakfast room and the breakfast itself was over the top. We had help arranging a taxi and were able to pay by either cash or card.

It's not a new building by any means, but it's very well appointed and offers a good experience for a cheap price. The response from all the staff was also good. It takes less than 30 minutes by taxi from Taoyuan Airport, so it was the best for transit. It's a really good day, with Starbucks coffee for sale and a bakery.
