All the staff members were amazing. Best Hotel and STAFF of all the hotels I've stayed at during my 15 years in Taiwan. Free Shuttle is a Plus Point. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. They were very busy on Sunday morning but everything was so well organized. Extra seating, many waiters. Excellent service. Empty plates were immediately removed. Nobody had to wait for food to be replaced. They really helped to make my husband's birthday very special. I highly recommend Taichung Harbor Hotel.

Once we arrived, the owner met with us and gave a good explanation of the accommodation etc. The building is very new and extremely clean and well looked after. Our room was spacious, and the bath was an added bonus! The balcony was nice for us to relax on the evening.
