Staff friendliness, family feel, delicious beef hotpot., comfortable hot spring.

Location was great! So close to the bus station and family mart. There’s no lift to get to our room, but the staff kindly helped us with the bags. The hotpot was unforgettable, so delicious and generous portions! The set meal dinner was also super yummy! Breakfast was great too (I loved the Chinese breakfast). I’d definitely stayed again in the future. Public bath was amazing.

Right at the entrance to Wulai and near family mart. everything is walkable and easy for car to pick up and drop off.

The staff also prepared a small portion of dinner and breakfast for our child.

What a great place. We loved soaking in the baths and that you could also soak in a bath in the room. It was really fun to engage the hot springs culture here. Delicious hot pot dinner. That was a very generous portion! Also the view was lovely.

Staff were very helpful. In addition, the room was spacious and Japanese-style, so children aged 2 and 0 were able to spend their time with peace of mind. The public bath is clean and comfortable.

Very nice place to stay for family bvacation. Hot spring was warm enough for my kids. Japanese style breakfast was served very well. Highly recommened!!!
