Great location, good value for money. Rooms look very new and in good condition. Driving from Dar es Salaam to Iringa in a day with kids just not attainable. Great place to sleep over.

We stayed there for 3 days and had a fantastic time! The owner and staff are very warm and welcoming people. Always professional and carring. The whole place haves a excellent infrastructure and the wifi was available in all rooms. The bungalows are clean and restaurant is amazing. The view from the retaurant is breathtaking! I can recommend this place for all sort of travelers and families! A good place for a daytrip to the Mikumi national park as well. Its littary one of the best accommodation I know in Africa/Tanzania! My stay in Mantis Lodge was excellent! Even arriving 2am and departing 2am, since the pick up and drop off at the airport I had a kind and professional reception. Mr. Nazareth is a very kind, helpful and symphatic person. All the crew is very nice. I had a great time around the fireplace with all the workers and had a lot of fun. I recomend Mantis Lodge for everybody that wants to live a nice adventure in an incredible environment of nature with local people! Thanks everybody that made my trip a great experience! Karibu sana!
