I visited on a family trip. It was very spacious for two families, and having breakfast served right in the living room was very convenient. A staff member named Jenny provided necessary information via KakaoTalk prior to the trip and was very friendly. I felt reassured thanks to the quick response to my inquiries. I had a two-year-old baby so I had to stick to nap times, but adjusting the cleaning time helped a lot. Recommended for those who want to visit both Da Nang and Hoi An.

Property had a very friendly vibe but also very family friendly. The staff especially Gigi was superb, she was very attentive to everything to ensure our stay was stress free. She provided a list of local places to eat and things to do but also help prepare breakfast box to go due to our early morning check out.
Property was central location with ready to go grab services outside the door but also walking distance to beach and all other local places which was great walking around with 3 young kids.

Our family vacation was unforgettable. The kids loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the hotel.. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore the nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. We can't wait to come back next year!

Really great location and space for families. 2 minutes to a lovely sandy beach with small beach bars with food. Rooms were comfortable - kids had a double bed each with TV! Meant adults could watch their own movie in the living room :-) Washing machine and dryers in a handy laundry room. Big fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, stove top. Easy to get Grab shop delivered to make breakfast. 2 shower rooms handy for family. Decent decor. Nice little pool. Pictures accurate. Friendly, helpful staff.

Phenomenal Gym, spa, sauna, pools, hot cold plunge. Exceptional staff, immaculate gardens, amazing kids club. We were overwhelmed by the grounds - the gardens, the pools the staff, the kid friendly facilities

Breakfast was exceptional with a good variety of different cuisines.
Room was bigger than the pictures made it seem.
Staff was very friendly and helpful - special mention with how accommodating they were with our small children.
The restaurant in the hotel was excellent.
Afternoon tea was a delightful addition.
Our toddler loved the kids playroom.

fantastic resort for families with young children. plenty of activities to keep them occupied. kids club is well equipped and has plenty of activities. outdoor playground and water park will keep kids occupied outdoor. huge pool. property is clean and well maintained. rooms are fairly large. water pressure in bathroom is good and temperature is highly adjustable
