Location is perfect and everything is within walking distance. Staff are incredible and always make you feel welcome. They are very knowledgeable about everything and are always willing to help. Alex especially went above and beyond to make sure we had the vest experience in Hanoi. He provided useful information and great food recommendations! It's definitely a must stay if visiting Hanoi. So good that we booked a future stay with them.

Aiden, Rusi, Christina, Suzy, Emily, and even all of staff here take care of my family, arrange the car to the airport and prepare take away breakfast for us also a day trip to Ninh Binh. Would definitely RCM!!! Great location and close to the old quarter. Everything walking distance.
