The hotel is brand new, well design. The room are very confortable and decorated with taste. Kid and adult can enjoy the swimmingpool. The host are very helpful for the organisation of transportation, visit, etc… i warmly recommand. Family friendly.

This homestay is the ultimate family place to stay, you have to walk down a couple of alleys to get to it but that adds to the charm and tranquility of the place.
The owners did everything to accommodate us with our toddler. There were plenty of other families there too.
Brekky was good, fruit, pancakes loads of bread or noodles.
The pool is so chilled! Really nice location and perfect stay for us.
We had a fridge in our room too, very useful with a toddler, we kept cold water, milk and takeaway food.there no problem.

Fantastic stay here. The homestay offered the best views of the countryside (rice paddies and cliffs) located only a couple of minutes walk from the main Tam Coc area. The rooms we booked (family and king) were large, functional, clean, and great value for money. Breakfast was also included for the price. The family who hosted us (Nam, Lan and kids) were wonderful people who demonstrated endless hospitality from the moment we arrived. Loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to return if we are back in Ninh Binh.

10/10! Staff were fantastic and helpful. They accommodate to families with young children i.e hot water for baby bottles, accurate information about activities with little ones. Yummy local breakfast each morning. Clean rooms and beautiful views!

What a lovely homestay. We were pleasantly surprised with how nice it was here - the pool was great as it has a cover with shade in the baking hot heat. The family who own the place are so friendly and the kids are great fun and great with tourists. It’s down a little alley so very quiet. Room was great with air con and a fan and comfy with a big bathroom. Breakfast was good as well & easy to communicate with the owner. Laundry available for good price along with bikes

Such comfy beds! Nice cool pool, great lounge areas and fun group of staff and family. Kids really enjoyed the area, most beautiful on our trip so far.
