The staff were A+++. Great service, welcoming, always smiling and went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Was great and accommodating to our children who were at times loud, but never complained and was grateful to serve us.
Service at breakfast was a hit for our large family, made space available with warm welcoming arms to serve and share the love with their smiles and food.

Breakfast was our best start for each morning. We thoroughly enjoyed getting up for breakfast.
Swimming pool - awesome big pool available all day at night.
Accomodating us to still eat food from outside the hotel with our families in the breakfast area - THANK YOU! this was an awesome service and made us feel so much better to still share food with our family without having to go to our rooms.
Service - 100% beautiful welcoming people and services provided! Thank you!

My room was spacious with a nice view over the fantastic swimming pool. Bellas restaurant offers great food but the best part is all of the amazing people from the family owners to the staff, always smiling and making sure you are happy. You can walk in to Apia town from here, i recommend a taxi ride, 5 tala, along the water front to the Sail bar for lunch and a cold beer.Try the Taumeasina hide way bar too, family owner, fun with a view over the lagoon to the resort. Beautiful Samoa

Buffet breakfast was amazing, very family oriented if you were wanting to take the kids and the rooms were very clean.

Room was a good size for me and my family of four. Breakfast - food was good, great egg options included omelette. I loved that there were two separate pools especially for my kids (kids pool). My kids loved them. The portion sizes for the food was amazing; from our room service and dinner options.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS HOTEL!! WORTH EVERY CENT! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING, THE HOTLE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS, AIRCON, OUR ROOM WAS CLEANED EVERY MORNING WITH OUT FAIL. THE BED WAS SOO COMFORMATBLE. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR BIG FAMILIES.
THE BREAKFAST BUFFET IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST BREAKFAST BUFFET IN TOWN, THE MENU WAS DIFFERENT EACH DAY. AND THEY ALSO HAD ALOT OF CEREAL VERIETY FOR OOUR CHILDREN.

Great facilities. Great service. Family friendly. Excellent location. Free car parking. Beautiful accommodation. The air-conditioned rooms was exactly what we need in this hot Samoan climate.

Good location across from Apia Park, close drive to town. Spacious family apartment upstairs which had a nice breeze.
Small pool that the kids enjoyed.
Air con lovely in the heat.
Shower has great pressure.
Comfy beds.
Tv worked well - we hot spotted the wifi off our mobile phone so the kids could watch netflix at night.
The restaurant seems popular as the carpark really fills up for dinner some nights.
