The rooms are very clean, and there is just everything for convenience - from various dishes to shampoos and gels in the shower, from designer pillows on the sofa to beautiful coffee cups. Own parking. Timely and thorough communication and answers to questions. Warm and cozy. And also coffee, tea, Sugar, salt in the lockers for such forgetful people as us,-)

Nice location, close to Reisachfalls and Reisachsee, close to Schladming. Our appartment was very large, comfy, with two bathrooms and well equiped kitchen. Nice garden with trampoline and other activities for kids (e.g. different kinds of strollers for kids from 5 to 10). And funny ducks, a goat with view to Dachstein. Bautiful sauna. Simply paradise for Families.

We loved the place with its magnificent view of the mountains, peaceful and safe surroundings, wonderful comfy apartment, pool, the kids loved the animals - goats and rabbits. And it is close to other touristic places, so we could do lots of family outings. Friendly owners, always ready to help.

Really nice family hotel in a beautiful location above Schladminng. Very pleasant pesonal and extreme cleanliness of the whole area. In addition, really great cooking, so we recommend to buy breakfast and dinner and taste. Swimming is in a natural lake a short walk from the hotel, unusual but well integrated throughout the complex. The great thing is that parking is largely under the roof.

The location is very calm and full of greenery. There is a yard around the house where we played badminton, kids climbed trees. The apartment was very clean and well prepared. Peter and his family were really nice. Altogether a super positive experience.

Lovely place, family owned and managed with heart. Located in a beautiful scenery and close to Dachstein. Delicious breakfast. Real Bauernhof which is interesting to see with kids.

Cosy and well located apartments with everything you need in one of the most beautiful regions of Austria. We travelled as a family of four with two other families and truly enjoyed our time there. Very easy to reach regional sights by car (e.g. Gosauersee or Sonnenalm) and the sauna facilities on site are great to relax in the evening. There is even a very nice play room which the kids enjoyed very much. The host was very friendly and even picked strawberries with my two-year old daughter. We would definitely love to come back.

Kitchen was small but very well stocked. All the details were considered and it was easy to use. The garden was beautiful too, and our kids loved the chickens, trampoline and cat and dog. Manuela made herself available to us in case we needed anything and recommended some wonderful family friendly activities in the area

The place was beautiful! There were so many things to do with the family, I just wish we stayed one more day at least. We had fun, my nephew had a great time and the hosts were just splendid. My recommendation to new guests that are coming is to buy food and everything you need in advance, that way you do not lose time going to the nearest shop (which takes time) and just arrive to the house and enjoy it! BTW, the weather also helped us a lot to get the most out of the house.
