Beds were really comfortable. Staff were very friendly even when they couldn't understand. Shops and great restaurant in the courtyard. Spacious, modern and well appointed.

amazing staff, even at 3am when i checked in. breakfast was always fresh, lots of fruit, great selection of cakes. they have a foid hall if you dont feel like cooking/searching for food. they even have a convenience store on the top floor to buy essentials. great location too. quiet also

Excellent hotel, it looks brand new. Very attentive staff. At Hotel Franco we had the most comfortable bed on our trip. We even overslept a little. The views from the window and the rooftop bar are wonderful.

One of the best hotels from Criciuma, the structure is really nice and it has everything you need for a bussiness trip. Breakfast is ok, not so many options but very good. Location is good as well go by uber everywhere.
