Though the team is small, they were exceptionally attentive and made me feel right at home. Their genuine hospitality added a special touch to our stay. Offering stylishly furnished rooms with balconies and coffee machines and free Wi-Fi, the Testa Grigia hotel has been completely renovated in 2010. It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. Hotel Garni Testa Grigia is in an excellent location on the main street of Zermatt, less than 5 minutes walking from the train station. Check in was smooth and the receptionists at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was small as was to be expected for a single room but modern (better looking thant the photos) and had everything I needed. Value was very good for Zermatt, even the breakfast was included.

Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi.

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. It was in a quiet area pretty close to everything. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was very nice and welcoming. Everything was impeccable. The beds were very confortable. I would come back whit out hesitation. Great place.

The ARCA Solebad Wellness & Spa in Zermatt is located near the centre, the station, the Gornergrat train and the Sunnegga-Rothorn train and features up-to date wellness facilities including an indoor brine pool. Good location. 4-5mins walk from station. And it's great they arrange the delivery to station when we check-out! Nice and warm two bedroom unit. And my husband really enjoyed the spa especially after skiing. Nice breakfast! They have a laundry room provide washer and dryer which we can use for free. It's very convenient.

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property.

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . I love the resort and location. It is walkable from the zermatt station but also comes with an option of a mini shuttle running from 7am to 9pm at a call from the station central. I also love the entertainment, pool and spa which I can do within the resort. Staff were friendly as well! Had an opportunity to try out their Hornox restaurant and I think the food were pretty good. …and would like to thank the hotel for the thoughtful ‘gift’ as well! :)

Most rooms in the Hotel Bristol offer superb views of the Matterhorn. Beautiful, clean room, nice view, acceptable price, nice miss at reception :)

Centrally located in Zermatt, 300 metres from the train station, Hotel Walliserhof Zermatt is built in typical Valais chalet style and offers a spa area with sauna and a hot tub. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Chic hotel with an excellent selection for breakfast. Stayed only for one night as we were travelling around quite a bit but would definitely stay again!

Enjoying an elevated, quiet but central position in Zermatt, 200 metres from the Sunnegga Cable Car, BEAUSiTE Zermatt offers beautiful panoramic mountain views, as well as an indoor pool, spa facilities and free WiFi access. The front desk/ hotel manager lady welcomed us warmly and she always answered our questions with warm smiles. Thank you for showing us around the facilities and thorough explanations! Also thank you for arranging shuttle service which made our journey much more pleasant.

The staff were incredibly kind and polite — it truly felt like visiting my grandparents’ home. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking and definitely one of the top reasons to stay here.
