Located in Huaqiang North Business District, Huaqiang Plaza Hotel features comfy accommodation with free Wi-Fi. It offers a tour desk, a fitness centre and a business centre with meeting facilities. Huaqiang North Subway Station (line 2 and 7) is just steps away. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. 小向 0138 was so kind to us. The gorgeous Guangzhou Langham Hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Pazhou International Exhibition Centre. It features an indoor swimming pool, 5 dining options and luxurious rooms with light décor and upscale amenities. Canton Tower is a 10-minute drive away. The location was excellent. The check in reception upgraded us to a river view room on the 19th floor which has excellent view. They topped it by giving us free access to executive lounge and free breakfast. It definitely fulfilled their 5 stars rating.

The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming, the room was luxurious with a breathtaking view, and the amenities (spa, pool, restaurants) were top-notch. The location was perfect for both business and leisure. The breakfast was exceptional every single morning.

Upon arrival, we had thought we lost our bag in the taxi, and we contacted the staff. Galen, a young staff, persistently tried to help us out. He even agreed to help us call a taxi driver to see if the bag was in the taxi. He was very empathetic, and he was very candid about where he thinks the bag was. So, without giving up, we contacted a taxi driver, and we were able to actually retrieve the bag in the trunk, despite what the taxi driver had said initially. Because of Galen, it made the rest of us stay a lot more memorable. He even went out of his way to be personable as well, and this is the kind of experience we look for in a high-end hotel. A personalized help. And because of this experience, we look forward to coming back and staying at this hotel in the future.
