The receptionist very helpful and breakfast prepared especially for us earlier as we were on hurry. And it was very delicious. IsraelPristine clean, host are the kindest people, the place looks just renovated and tastefully decorated. The kitchenette with fridge and microwave is very handy. It was very nice to have a small jar of milk for the morning coffee in the fridge (also tea, coffee, cookies and clean dishes). The shower is perfect, bed is comfy and the area is quiet (since the area is very rural).

BelgiumCatherine was such a nice hostess ! She had some friends over on the night we arrived, and we ended up joining them for the evening, as all the shops were closed. We've had such a wonderful time ! The room was very comfortable and we loved the cosy atmosphere. I'd recommend staying there with no hesitation !

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Britannia Inn hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The kids didn't want to leave :)
The room was clean and comfortable and perfect for the four of us.

Interconnecting cottages made it easier for the holiday to be a success for our extended family. We were able to use both kitchens simultaneously to prepare and serve meals. The swimming pool went down well with the toddler and teenagers in the group. As did the Games Room. We also appreciated the easily accessible Laundry Room.
There were plenty to do around the area and the newly re-opened village shop was very handy. The local pub made our large family group feel welcomed.

We LOVED our stay! It's a great place, very quiet and family friendly. Quite few extras included into price such as free swimming pool sessions, pony ride, tractor ride, animal feeding sessions. The staff is very nice and helpful. There are plenty of spaces to play and for the kids to run around, there is also a game room and play area for the kids. Very quiet and peaceful. Short drive to Looe with lots of cafes and a nice beach to go to.

Excellent leisure and spa facilities. Great for families who want an active holiday. The driving range was great fun with kids as was the crazy golf, unfortunately these activities cost extra. Particularly good holiday for rainy days. Food and drink options are good and there's a varied choice of dishes with healthier salad and drink options. Self catering apartments were basic, clean and well equipped.

There aren't enough superlatives to describe the staff, location, attention to detail, or focus (for once) on the youngest members of a traveling family. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed. The meals were outstanding, to include having materials on hand to keep children occupied productively while waiting. Simply outstanding. We will be back.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, family friendly, well kept. Yummy breakfast, and kids enjoyed plateful of croissants (thank you!). Owls outside the hotel were enjoyable to listen to.Look forward to returning.

The room was amazing, very spacious for a family room with both a large shower and bath. The hotel is impeccable and yet still very child friendly. We loved the little touches, such as the small play room for the kids with just a few board games, drawing bits.
The pool was lovely and the child swim times were great too.
The garden bar is just beautiful and a tiny walk to the beach (down a steep slope, but up on the way back!) We loved our stay and will be booking again.
