Special mention to Dylan who supported my request for an extension and gave me daily updates! I truly appreciated that. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend staying here and would book it again when I go back to Manchester.

Shower and bed were fantastic. Loads of quirky little bits that made the hotel stand out. Fabulous stay and great location. Parking a few minutes walk away. I liked that you weren't restricted from any part of the hotel or restaurant with your pet. Welcome drink and food voucher, confectionery station on every floor. Rooftop bar. Record player and tv in the room. Nice light features.

The immediate proximity to the Old Trafford football stadium, but even the connection to the city center by tram/bus is very convenient. The hotel it self is amazing, the rooms are impeccably clean and spacious with a lot of light. We’ve had a wonderfull view to the city. The bed was very comfortable. Such a nice touch with the complementary snacks in the fridge! Rooftop football pitch with a view to the Old Trafford!! Perfect.

This apartment features free private parking and luggage storage space. The apartment has family rooms. This has to be one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. Really upmarket decor and hospitality such as bagels and milk provided , central to Wigan the area is very quiet at night with lots of eateries within a five minute walk. Very spacious and super clean so many thoughtful touches such as good lighting , filter coffee machine, nice toiletries. The place is well heated, I never once felt cold. Onsite parking directly outside the front door.

Booked Didsbury House very kast minute following a flight cancellation. I arrived late at night and very stressed. As soon as I entered the property the stress melted away! I was greeted by very welcoming staff who gave me an upgrade and brought me to a stunning room with a free standing bath below my bed - just what I needed after a long stressful day! Opening the door to the room to hear soft classical music playing was a beautiful touch that created an atmosphere of calm. Breakfast was delicious and all staff I encountered were just wonderful. This place is an absolute gem!
