Host met them at the apartment on the first day to explain entry and show the apartment. Access to the Velence Spa was included in the cost of the apartment, which was a nice benefit. Unit had a washer and dryer which was useful, as well as 2 full bathrooms and a half bathroom. My children said they would stay here again the next time they come to Velence.
