Since the property is brand new (opened 2 months ago) it was clear that the staff wanted to really make you feel welcome and at ease. The gym and spa is really nice. Good technogym machines, inbody body composition scanner. The spa is amazing. Sauna, steam, different plunges and jacuzzi. Breakfast was perfect... big ala carte menu. Really a lovely hotel... by far my new favorite in Jakarta. Le Labo bergamote 22 toiletries is a really nice luxury touch as well.
