Absolutely fabulous experience. Location super. Rooms very quiet and extremely clean. Staff were just super. We stayed the night this weekend for a wedding with a small baby and toddler. We honestly could not fault the place. Mark stood out for us. He sorted our car when we arrived and were stressed trying to get parked, unpacked, get kids sorted and get to the wedding. Hehelped with our luggage and made everything so easy for us when we initially got there.

The family room was huge, 2 bunk beds which my kids were delighted about and a double bed which was so comfy. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, staff were very efficient and friendly. Location was good for visiting Emerald Park and Funtasia for us

Everything was brilliant. We stayed for 3 night with 2 small children (3 and 6).
We got a family room which was great and plenty of room . The breakfast was top class . The staff were so nice and helpful . Our 3 year old made a lot of noise and was being a typical 3 year old 🙈🙈🙈 . No one said a word to us and made us feel more than welcome . We even lost a shoe out the window and the manager had to climb on the balcony to retrieve it 🙈🙈🙈 Thank you everyone this is a great hotel 👍👍👍

We travelled as a family of 5(3 adults and 2 kids) to visit family. The hotel was in the perfect location for what we needed and the rooms are very spacious. We had interconnecting rooms and it was so easy with the kids. Rooms themselves are perfect but the bathrooms definitely need an upgrade. Lovely breakfast. Staff so nice and so helpful. Perfect hotel for adults but not much to do for children.

Our hot water went on the first night(no fault of the hotels)which was a big let down for us but the leisure centre was open to use the facilities. The manger Paul went above and beyond to rectify the situation as quickly as possible while keeping us updated. Overall, staff were very helpful and friendly, they couldnt do enough for us. Kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. The food was amazing and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend for a family friendly stay.

The kids section of the pool is a great size and depth. We were up early with three kids breakfast over by 8. Ready to get in the pool but kids can’t access the pool until 9. Given how separated the pool area is for kids and it’s a family hotel I think this needs to be looked at as kids are usually early risers!!!!

The hotel is beautiful. Especially for those who golf. Fab spot in the country. However this is a family place. SO many big family groups around and so many kids. Not for couples I wouldn't think so.
The staff all around the place is so pleasant and friendly but definitely overworked. Breakfast was ok. Again, stayed in so many hotels around ireland they could step up the game a bit. We didn't get a coffee as it was way too busy and staff just simply wasn't managing perfectly. Overall good place, for families.
