Perfect value for money stay! Host was lovely and greeted us with an introduction to the place. She was not shy to answer any questions we needed help with. Had everything we needed for a family stay including a baby bed. Laundry washer + drier was a cherry on top!

Fantastic, cozy, relaxing place with super client oriented personnel! It was a breath of fresh air and amazing stay as sleepovers on my long car trip. Would dream to come one more time for longer stay with my family to have this incredible experience again!

One of the best accommodations I’ve had the chance to stay in recently – and I travel a lot. For this price range, I was genuinely impressed with everything, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. The host welcomed me already on the street and found a suitable spot for my large car, even helping me park it. Then I was kindly greeted by his mother and daughter, who showed me around the house and explained all the amenities. I didn’t even know breakfast was included – they simply asked what I would like and at what time I wanted it prepared. Since I was planning to leave early, they offered to prepare a takeaway breakfast instead, which was such a nice surprise! They were even so kind as to offer help carrying my suitcase upstairs – which I politely declined, but it just shows the level of service and care they provide. After a long day of travel, all I wanted was a shower – and to my delight, the bathroom was spacious, clean, and even had a bathtub where I could properly relax. The room had working air conditioning that cooled it down instantly, plus a Smart TV with Netflix. The bed was so comfortable that I ended up sleeping longer than planned. Instead of leaving at 5 AM, I left at 7, and was welcomed downstairs by the son with a beautifully set breakfast table and my takeaway box ready. He also made me probably the best cappuccino I’ve ever had – the foam was perfect, and I immediately asked for a second one. As I was leaving, I got my takeaway breakfast, and he kindly handed me a cold bottle of water for the road. Just wow – incredible service from start to finish. If you want to experience what it feels like staying in a small town type of set up away from city center, this is ideal. Quite conveniently located with a restaurant that serves nice pizza, kebab, Panini until 11pm in the night at a stone's throw away. The house itself is well furnished. The host/property owner is quite flexible, polite, friendly and helpful. A lamp in one of the rooms wasnt working properly. The owner came to our place at 10pm, fixed it quickly and also provided a back-up lamp.

Very nice place. Extremely clean and neat! The room was exactly what we saw in the booking. The owner was very friendly. Gave us a lot of information about the region,where to park at low cost, about sightseeing and lots more! Excellent, just Excellent.

The location is cozy and comfortable, and close to the city center. A very big bonus is having a parking spot available for use.

We absolutely recommend to stay at R&A Minerva Suites. Our favorite part of the stay was the warm welcome and the friendliness of the owners. They did that little extra to make our stay easy and comfortable. The place was otherwise esthetically really nice, clean and quiet.

Immaculate clean apartman, well equipped, we got more than expected. Water, tee, coffe capsules, sugar, milk. Linda wrote what s up message before arrival. Linda suggested a good restaurant 5 minutes away. We could park inside.
