The bathroom was ample w bathtub. The service was very kind and informative. The location was at walking distance from mercato, main piazza, shopping, and major attractions. The hitel was in a convenient location..the rooms were very clean and quiet. The staff was wonderful. We had dinner at the restaurant every evening. The food was excellent. The breakfast was what you would need to get your day started..good coffee..with friendly staff we had some personal problems in Manila and the staff in Ravenna went way above our expectations and finally could use their phone to finally in Canada deal with our problem ..no queries just handed us the phone and relieved us of our stress.. very close to train station and was a great place to stay there,
