The common area is amazing, beautiful and comfy. The bathrooms are super clean and comfortable. The dormitory room is big, spacious, and you can have enough private space. There are lockers and washing machine too. The kitchen is also nice, which is good, since the guesthouse is in a village, with limited restaurants at dinner time.

In the living room there was a counter with a coffee machine and selection of teas and infusions available to guests. The property is very well looked after by both the staff and guests.

The food was great, each meal was made up of various dishes, typically japanese. The view of the lake and mount fuji from the room and the public bath was breathtaking. The staff was very kind and helpful. They can pick you up from the station and drop you off too. The room was clean and quite large, more than enough for a couple.
