Really nice hotel just one monorail/train station away from Haneda airport terminal 3. Staff was friendly and facilities were clean and modern. Great option especially if your flight arrives really late or departs early and you don't wanna use a lot of time to commute on these days.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and is in a really central location in Shinjuku, which was perfect for our stay. Our room was clean and well appointed and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. They were also accommodating to our English speaking. Something nice about this hotel was that when we were out and about in Shinjuku and ready to head back to the hotel, all we had to do was look up and find the hotel in the skyline to know which way we needed to walk, no Google maps needed. :)

Room size and lighting. Cleanness. Room facilities, including a coffee machine in the room (usually there is only a kettle in Japanese hotels). Modern design and good condition of the furniture. Silence. I felt like I was alone on the entire floor. My room was at the end of the hall and I didn't hear any noise around my room. Breakfasts are served in a nice spacious dining room. There is a choice of Japanese and European food.

Cleanliness was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Tsai who went out his was way to accommodate our requests. The location was amazing as it was in the middle of everything but in a very quiet lane where you didn’t want the mad rush just was you walked out of your property. Loved it.
