From the very first moment until the last, my stay at the Chaiya Palace Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. The staff went above and beyond in every possible way, always welcoming me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. A very special mention goes to Sam, who was truly exceptional throughout my stay. He organized my transportation whenever I needed, responded immediately to my requests, and always made sure everything was perfect. His dedication and professionalism were remarkable, and I deeply thank him for making my time in Phnom Penh so smooth and enjoyable. At the same time, the entire team deserves praise. Ratanak, Dennie, and everyone else I met at the hotel were equally wonderful friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. On top of the amazing service, the hotel surprised me with a free upgrade to a superior room, which made my stay even more comfortable. The facilities are excellent: a beautiful rooftop pool, a generous breakfast with an unforgettable view over Phnom Penh, and a location that couldn’t be more convenient. To me, this is by far the best hotel in Phnom Penh, and I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and true hospitality. From the moment we walked in, we experienced the magic! We were offered a room upgrade by the phenomenal guest expert, Q. He was so incredibly helpful and warm, giving us his WhatsApp for help anytime. We were given an amazing room upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite. It was a beautiful space with views of the lake. The pool was probably the best I've ever seen at a hotel, and I've been to many in over 25 countries of travel. It was magical during the day and evening. We spent each morning and night there, sipping cappuccino or wine. The breakfast buffet was truly extra. The unique Khmer dishes were my favorite, but everything was tasty. We had room service several times, which I can also highly recommend, especially the hand pulled pasta and the lotus chicken curry rice. Finally, the staff just went beyond. They managed tours for us and went beyond and above. GET HERE AS SOON AS YOU CAN TO EXPERIENCE THIS AMAZING OASIS!!

Everything was clean, super prepared. I felt so comfortable whole stay. The owner is also very helpful person. Definitely I will come back anytime when I plan vaccation in Phnom Penh. Very close to airport but calm enviroment. They also have restaurant downstairs.
