The highlight of the stay was the various service program from the owner, especially during the night safari and stargazing experience — truly unforgettable. Overall, it was an excellent stay that exceeded our expectations

Camel riding was a unique experience, and meeting a baby camel was a charming highlight. The room and bathroom were both beautifully decorated and very clean. The stargazing trip was a magical experience that added a special touch to the stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and memorable desert escape.

We had a fantastic time at this camp. The place was well set up, with a cozy swing out front that added a charming touch. Both breakfast and dinner were decent, and the overall vibe was very welcoming.
The host arranged an exciting dune bashing session and took us to watch the sunset — totally worth the extra charge!
At night, you can wander off into the quiet desert, lie down, and gaze at the stars. I even spotted four shooting stars! It was truly an unforgettable experience.

I enjoyed very relaxed 5 days here with my toddler son. We loved the beautiful and deserted beach close-by. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. There was always tea, coffee and fresh fruits available and the courtyard is a perfect place to hang out. Our highlight was the boat trip where we saw hundreds of dolphins for almost two hours. We even got the chance to release some baby turtles to the sea, which my aon was particularly excited about.
Everyone was so friendly and wanted to ensure we had a great time. Dune bashing was great fun, dinner was a feast that kept on coming and a camel ride at sunrise was the perfect ending. They should be really proud of what they've got here, it's a gem and a great place to take a family as they are so welcoming. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
Everything!!! Definitely you don't spare money for breakfast and dinner. It was delicious, big bufet with different kinds of food. Rashid is very kind and funny guy, which offers you everything and you can talk with him all the time. Tents are very comfortable and you will be sleep there like a baby!!!
Family of 4 have a great experience at Clouds Desert Camp. Good location away from city and other camps , friendly staff, delicious food . The tent was big and clean , very comfortable. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We enjoyed the sunset-sunrise views, the dune bashing, and my kids left very happy with camel ride. Very affordable and acceptable price compared to other camps prices . Thanks, Salem, for a great desert experience. I highly recommend this camp to anyone visiting Oman's Wahiba Sands.
Our stay was wonderful in the sunrise chalet (you get to see the sunrise above the dunes). The outside area is very spacious and includes a swimming pool and a garden terrace. The two separate rooms with one double bed and three single beds are great for a family. Hot tub and billiard too. The activities in the desert (dunes bashing at sunset and camel riding) were very well organised. The manager invited us for a campfire to drink tea and eat corn on the cob. We had a fun time under the stars talking through the evening.
Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Super for our family with 3 children. Air condition worked very well. It is close to a big street but we did not hear the noise very loud.
This was a truly incredible experience. Rashid treated us like family while me my husband and 2 kids stayed at his camp. If you are looking for an immersive and serene desert experience go here! We enjoyed a camel ride for the sunset and a nice fireplace chat before dinner. The room was very spacious. Our little ones were able to enjoy the swing and run around to their hearts content. Great value for money. Thank you Rashid and family!
Very very nice camp for a family with small ones wanting a full-comfort first desert experience for the kids. Everything was clean, easy and very nice rooms, lots of activities. We took one with a pool, which was an extravagance but served us well with the kids to wash off the sand and cool down in the day. Good variety of food and all inclusive breakfast and dinner. Easy drive to Wadi Bani Khalid from here, and not too far into the desert.
