Great location, near de Plaza. Breakfast was very hood, and when we had early day trips they prepared a luchbox for us. The staff was amazing and everything exceeded my expectations. The bed was huge and very comfortable . They helped us with taxi, booking our day trips and everything went smoothly. Our bags stayed at the hotel when we left for a couple of days and we did not have any problems, in fact we were surprised to arrive late and find our bags already in the room!

I got injured right before arriving at the hotel. They treated me with such an emphaty and care, I could not imagine to be somewhere else with my issue. They called for me a local healer, who made me be able to step on my foot again. They were always there when I needed anything. I am very grateful to the staff and the owner of the hotel.

Honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed in! All of the staff in the hotel were incredible, some of the nicest politest most helpful people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. The courtyard area is beautiful, as is the rest of the hotel, the food and breakfast in particular is amazing and the rooms were gorgeous with lovely touches such as a town down service with a hot water bottle and chocolate each night!

Pariwana is a large, well priced hostel in central Cusco that manages to facilitate a friendly, social environment despite it's size. The facilities are solid for the price point, there is a well equipped restaurant/bar, and there is no shortage of activities run by the hostel for non hiking days. The culture is welcoming and fun, facilitated by hard working volunteers and staff who go out of their way to help and to maintain a positive atmosphere. Shout out to Rodrigo and Daniel at the bar for their top notch hospitality and banter, and to Rubi at the front desk for her welcoming presence, making the whole experience smooth.

Hot Water was luxurious!!!! Rooms were spacious, beauifully designed and decorated, clean and comfortable with access to balconies onlooking the intimate garden surrounds. It was a drramt little oasis from the busy town centre and adjoining train station. Would stay here again!

Beautiful hotel and rooms – extremely comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff, and the owners are absolute gems of people. Amazing location – super close to downtown Cusco. The owners helped us arrange transportation for our large group at a very affordable rate. They also helped us arrange tour guides for Machu Picchu.

Traditional house initially built and owned by the reachest Cusco family, then converted into the boutique hotel with few rooms only. This gives a very personal atmosphere. Great view over the town. Good breakfest and very helpful personell

Cozy is a great word to describe the rooms. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of storage if you have an extended stay. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, they even packed a to-go breakfast for us for an early morning day trip. We loved the rooftop and spent a lot of time there relaxing as we were adjusting to the altitude. Great affordable option on your next trip to Cusco.

Cosy rooms, amazing views! Carlos was super helpful so we actually ended up staying here before and after our Salkantay hike. They're not kidding about the stairs up to this place! If you have a suitcase with wheels then you should get a taxi. With just backpacks you will be fine.
