We would come back again for sure.

All the rooms at Centrum Kultury Prawosławnej have a TV with cable channels. Guests receive free mineral water. There is a common fridge and an electric kettle in the corridor. It was clean and quiet. A tiny bit of street noise, but I’m sensitive to that. It’s part of a cultural center so there’s kind of a nice vibe to it, kind of sparse and that’s good. Not a romantic place per se.
